Please send character front/back/double side/face closeup/pose/wanted expression refs images to chat, or upload to google drive and send us link to download.

Can i revise during process for custom orders?

We will send WIP updates, during updates you can advice revise suggestion until satisfied. We ship out only after approve final work.

How to maintain?

Please keep clay handmade product away from direct sun expose, water, fire. Suggest prepare a display box prevent from dust, if dusty please clean with alcohol pad.
3D print and other product don’t need maintain.

How long is process time?

Process time depends on complex level, normally 4 weeks, hard task upto 6-8 weeks.

How long is delivery time?

We use YUNEXPRESS 9-15 days to everywhere.
